Where's all the glass?
If you're not seeing any glass in the shop it's likely because you've missed one of my last restocks and I have sold out. Keep an eye on Instagram for updates on what's coming next.
Since I am doing glass part-time it definitely takes me longer to create which means restocks don't happen super often. I am doing a mix of comissions, website restocks and one-offs.
I had a waitlist going but it's grown so large I will have to close it for now because I don't want people waiting more than a year to hear from me.

Shipping
I currently ship to Canada, US and the UK. All packages include tracking information*.
I will let looking into shipping to other locations in the future since I have been getting a lot of requests.
Local pick-up is available in Quinte West, Ontario.
*Sticker only orders will be shipped using standard post (snail mail) so not tracking information will be available. Tracking available at an extra cost for US customers.
Returns
I do not accept returns or exchanges once the piece has shipped. All sales are final.
My glass pieces are ALWAYS packed with a ton of padding & love but if for some reason your piece arrives damaged or cracked please contact me immediately and we will discuss available options if a repair is in order. Please be sure to include photos of both the box and the piece.
Most of my packing materials are reused from my previous purchaces. I encourage you to reuse them as well if you can or recycle them.
Custom work & Commissions
Commissions and the waitlist are currently closed. The waitlist has grown too large and I want to make sure I get to the resquests there in a somewhat reasonable amount of time before I open it up again.
Important: Please be aware it may take me a while to get to your request. Since I am doing stained glass part-time I only have a limited amount of time to create so I want to make sure I am still holding space to create what I want in the moment. This is incredibly important for artists so they do not burn out and lose interest. Thank you in advance for your understanding. In the meantime, please keep an eye on Instagram for website restock dates or random one-off pieces that you can snag before I get to ya. :)

Can I use your patterns or recreate your work?
No, please don't do that. All my designs are my own and I'd love to keep it that way.
A lot of love, creativity, time and effort goes into creating my concepts and I'd like to make sure my work remains original and special.
I currently do not sell any patterns. Google is your bestie when it comes to finding some wonderful free resources.
